All orders are shipped by Royal Mail or an equivalent fast & reliable service with a partner courier. Royal Mail promises a 95% likelihood of 48 hours delivery but on occasion, it can take up to 3 working days.

Any orders received on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

You may cancel your upcoming subscription orders via your customer portal which can be access from the link in your email when you subscribed, or by requesting your details again from this page.

Please note, we are unable to cancel orders after 7am on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. Cancellation of orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 7am the day order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area.

As Glow Powder is an ingestible supplement we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.

We are, of course, able to accept returns if we have processed your order in error - or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before 7am on your upcoming order date). In this instance, please get in touch via the contact page.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, for some international countries there is a maximum order quantity of 8 boxes per order.
